When creating a single story, you can configure: who the story is for, where it takes place, and the main characters — you can add a person (a family member, like a sibling, aunt/uncle, or niece/nephew; someone close, like a teacher, doctor, or babysitter; or a profession, like a soccer player, pop star, or singer). You can also choose the story's focus: a story with a moral (for example, that being kind to those who are different makes us stronger), working through a specific emotional situation (like fear, frustration, sleeping alone, or missing someone), or teaching a lesson about a value like respect or empathy.

What are series, and what can I configure in them?

Buky's series aren't predefined stories — they're a set of stories that guide a child through a specific emotional situation. After you configure the story (who it's for, where it takes place, the main characters, and a person — a family member, someone related, or a profession), the situation unfolds across 3 parts: the first helps the child identify what they're feeling, the second helps them understand why they feel it, and the third helps them overcome it with practical tools. Some example series are "Getting ready for a big brother" or "First day in a new place".

You can rate any story with a thumbs up or thumbs down at the end of each one. You can also send us feedback directly from the app — all of that helps us keep improving the quality of the stories.

Yes. Every story you create automatically comes with a narrated audio version, so you can listen to it as an audiobook anytime — perfect for the bedtime routine or to play in the car, helping kids enjoy the ride.
